Unless stated in the product description, orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Pre-orders are shipped according to the date listed in the product description. Please see individual products descriptions for specific processing times.
1. Our Products
a) Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, the images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only.
b) We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products, your products may vary slightly from those images.
2. Processing Guidelines
a) All products on the site are subject to availability and payment being received before the order is processed.
b) One of our Pearl Girls will contact you if the Products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.
a) We can ship locally to addresses located within the United States, and to all International destinations.
b) Orders within the United States are shipped through USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Order processing times are currently 1 - 2 business days.
c) Express shipping is available at checkout. Prices vary depending on the shipping method selected. Standard 1-2 day processing times still apply before express orders are shipped.
d) When you place your order, you will get an approximate delivery time for your order based on the availability of your items. Depending on your region, shipping date estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page.
e) Standard shipping time frames are an estimate and may be extend depending on the courier.
4. International shipping and costs
a) Once your garment has been processed, we aim to deliver domestic orders within 2 – 4 business days and international orders within 4 – 6 weeks of your order being processed.
b) Appropriate shipping fees do apply. Please note that International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges. We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
a) If you order products from our site for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country.
b) You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes; Pippa & Pearl Boutique has no control over these charges and cannot predict these charges in advance. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
You are required to inspect the delivered Products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are in good condition. In the event they are not in an good condition, please visit https://www.pippaandpearl.com/a/returns to initiate an exchange or refund within 72 hours.
a) We accept returns on most Products within 14 days of receipt, on items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED/WORN or ALTERED, and with ALL tags and/or stickers attached AND accompanied with original Sale Receipts for a full refund. b) All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your order being delivered. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee's (return postage is calculated and varies depending on size/weight of the package) is deducted from refund amount.
c) Packages received by our returns department that are postmarked between 15-30 days of delivery will be issued a store credit only.
d) Packages received by our returns department that are postmarked after 30 days of delivery will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
e) Packages received by our returns department that are not eligible for return (sale items/final sale items) will be returned to sender at the customer's expense
f) Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges on custom orders
g) Final sale items can not be returned or exchanged. Below is a list of final sale items:
- Accessories (fascinators, gloves, clutches or jewelry)
- Items that are on sale
- Items marked as final sale

g) Once your return is received, you will be issued a refund/digital store credit within 3 days.
h) Returns with AfterPay: If you return a product where you paid with AfterPay, you are still responsible for finishing payments with Afterpay. If you have a question or concern about your. Do not send returns back to AfterPay.
a) When filling out the return form you have the option to select Return or Exchange. Should you choose to exchange, the customer will get a one time opportunity to exchange the items without being charge the return label fee.
8. Damaged or defective goods
a) At Pippa & Pearl, we are committed to selling only first-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped.
b) If you have received a damaged or defective item, please visit https://www.pippaandpearl.com/a/returns within three (3) days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a free replacement item or full refund.
c) In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your refund within 5 days of us receiving the damaged or defective product. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.
d) For Replacements, we will ship to you a new replacement Product, within 5 days of us receiving the damaged or defective product, as per our Shipping policy. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a full refund.
a) Payments can be made by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or AfterPay You must be able to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is your own, or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
b) All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Pippa & Pearl, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using secure third party online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
10. Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Entire agreement
a) These terms and conditions and other notices elsewhere on our website contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the supply of products.
b) No other terms or conditions will form part of the Contract, unless agreed by us in writing and signed by an authorized Pippa & Pearl employee.
12. Our right to vary these terms and conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us.
13. Law and jurisdiction
a) This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of use of this website, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
b) The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the United States. All contracts are concluded in English and no public filing requirements apply.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by another email informing you that your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number. We ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. The tracking number may not show up or be updated within the USPS tracking system even though it has been shipped. Rest easy that your order is on its way! Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours (business) to process. We cannot refund for expedited shipping charges if orders are shipped within this 48 hour processing time prior to shipping.

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not at the fault of Pippa & Pearl nor do they reflect the level of dedication we have to our customers.
We will ship to the the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
*Priority & Express: We must receive these order before noon to ensure we can get it out same or next day. Contact us ahead of time if you need something in a super rush!
International orders can average anywhere between 10 days up to 2 weeks or more. It all depends on if your item gets caught up in customs. Every country varies. We cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International package IDs are NOT tracking numbers, just a parcel number. It will most likely show as being in Houston, TX or Chicago, IL if you try to track it. These are International postal hubs. If you want a tracking ID, your package will need to ship "International Priority" or "International Priority Express".
International return labels are at the buyers expense. International customers must purchase their own return label and ship the package back to:
