Order Status 

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by another email informing you that your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number. We ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. The tracking number may not show up or be updated within the USPS tracking system even though it has been shipped. Rest easy that your order is on its way! Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours (business) to process. We cannot refund for expedited shipping charges if orders are shipped within this 48 hour processing time prior to shipping.

Puerto Rico: Currently, Puerto Rico is the only U.S. Territory we ship to. (Economy shipping only)

    We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not at the fault of Pippa & Pearl nor do they reflect the level of dedication we have to our customers.

    We will ship to the the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

    *Priority & Express: We must receive these order before noon to ensure we can get it out same or next day. Contact us ahead of time if you need something in a super rush!

    International Shipments

    International orders are can average anywhere between 10 days up to 2 weeks or more. It all depends on if your item gets caught up in customs. Every country varies. We cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    International package IDs are NOT tracking numbers, just a parcel number. It will most likely show as being in Houston, TX or Chicago, IL if you try to track it. These are International postal hubs. If you want a tracking ID, your package will need to ship "International Priority" or "International Priority Express".

    Returns and Exchanges

    APPAREL - Apparel may be exchanged or returned for a full refund ONLY if tags are still attached and within 30 days. All of our garments come with a tag that you must not remove until you are 100% sure you wish to keep it. Our customers want to ensure that their items are not being worn prior to their purchase. To help in this instance, we've implemented a tag to ensure the items are unworn if returned.

    If you are unhappy with your product please don't hesitate to contact us! Please feel free to contact one of our Pearl Girls on our style hot-line to ask any questions you may have regarding anything on our site. We are more than happy to work with you if you want to exchange an item for something else. (The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs). We will always do our best to make sure you get the most accurate description of the product and that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. :)

    FASCINATORS and ACCESSORIES - All sales are final on fascinators, gloves, and jewelry. We understand fascinators can be hard to match and certain ones do not look good on certain face shapes. Therefore, we do allow these to be exchanged. We do allow exchanges on fascinators and gloves if notified within 7 business days of receiving your order. You can contact one of our Pearl Girls at 832-280-7500 to arrange this exchange.


    You would have to purchase the new item you want and send the other back to us unworn within one week of receiving it. This applies to fascinators and clothing. If you want to exchange your clothing item for another size you must purchase the new item and then send us back the new, unused and unworn item with no signs of wear, smells or use and all original tags attached to us within 7 business days.

    Steps for exchange

    1. contact us immediately regarding the exchange
    2. send us back the item along with your invoice within 7 days
    3. purchase the item in the correct size/color you need.

    Please do not send packages to us without contacting us first. Any packages delivered to us without being contacted first will be rejected and "returned to sender".
